Injury recovery through isolated muscle group massage allows targeted relief. 

1-4 weeks post-operative work includes Lymphatic drainage and ice therapy. 

5-6 weeks, we begin stretching and scraping to break up the scar tissue before solidification.

7th week, we work on getting into the tissue manipulation and the final bit of lymphatic drainage as needed. 

Graduation should happen around 6 months. There will be homework for you and I to do. This is a partnership to heal your body. This is a collaboration between you, your doctor, your Physical Therapist, and myself.
